Kilmore District Health has formally amalgamated with Northern Health, and is now known as Kilmore District Hospital (KDH).
As a new campus of Northern Health, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests related to KDH now require an application form from Northern Health. Forms are available in both print-friendly and online versions.
