Vaccination Clinic Information
The Kilmore District Health (KDH) vaccination clinic is located within the Outpatients Building at KDH,
1 Anderson Road, Kilmore.
The vaccination clinic has sessions open seven days a week by appointment only.
To make a booking, please call 5734 2127. Our phone lines are open from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Saturday.

From Wednesday 6 October 2021, the KDH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic will be administering the AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to the community.
Eligibility to receive a COVID-19 vaccination is now open to anyone aged 12 years and older.
Before your vaccination
Before you attend KDH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for your vaccination, we ask that you read the information provided for the vaccine you will be receiving by clicking on the buttons below.
Please note, if you have a current AstraZeneca vaccine appointment and are now eligible to receive Pfizer after the Government announcement on 24 August, you will be able to opt to receive Pfizer when you arrive at the clinic.
When you arrive at the Outpatient building, you will be required to complete the Services Victoria QR code and the Health Vic QR questionnaire before entering.
At check-in you will be asked to complete a registration form and consent.
You will then be taken to the pre-vaccination waiting area before being taken to one of our vaccination pods.
Once in the vaccination pod, your vaccinator will discuss the screening questions and any questions you may have.
Once vaccinated, you will be required to remain in the
post-vaccination monitoring area for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Your second vaccination will also be booked at this time.
Rescheduling/Cancelling your appointment
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call 5734 2127, the COVID-19 hotline on 1800 675 398 or use the online booking system if you have an account.
It is important to notify us if you no longer require your appointment so we can ensure someone else can be vaccinated.
