As of Friday 19 February we will be implementing a new way for patients, visitors and staff to screen into our Health Service. We have streamlined the process to save time for those entering our facilities. There will be a QR code at the entrance to each facility that will allow you to add your details and answer screening questions prior to entry. You will still need to have your temperature checked on arrival. There will screening staff available to assist you on arrival.
This QR code can be used at a range of Health Services across the state. The Department of Health will securely store the information for 28 days and then safely discarded. Your details will only be used to assist with contact tracing if required.
