Community Bus

Kilmore District Health (KDH) is proud to be the owner of the Community Bus donated by the Bendigo Bank, Kilmore and Wallan Bank Branches.

​

KDH is excited to be able to offer the bus to the wider community for use by not for profit, locally based Community Groups. 

​

To hire the bus, please read and complete the following forms - 

  • Cover Letter

  • Terms and Conditions

  • Hire Agreement and Booking Form
