COVID-19 Visiting Hours
When entering the hospital, masks must be worn at all times.
There is now a QR code available for visitors to screen into our Health Service. The QR code is located at the entrance to each facility that will allow you to add your details and answer screening questions prior to entry. Your temperature will still be checked when you enter.
Hospital Visitors
Visiting hours - 10am - 11.30am and 4.00pm - 8.00pm
Only members from ONE household can visit a patient, for one hour, per day, subject to room density requirements.
Time limit does not apply in the following circumstances:

A parent, guardian or temporary carer of a patient in the hospital who is under 18 years of age

A carer of a patient with a disability
-
A partner or support person of a pregnant patient
-
A support person for a patient coming into the Urgent Care Centre
-
A person who is providing support to a patient receiving palliative or end-of-life care in hospital.
Aged Care - Caladenia and Dianella
Visiting Hours - 11.30am - 7.30pm
Only members from ONE household can visit a resident, for one hour, per day, subject to room density requirements.
Time limit does not apply in the following circumstances:

Where the visit is for providing essential care as approved by the Nurse in Charge -
1 visitor, no time limit -
Where the visit is for providing support for behaviours as approved by the Nurse
in Charge - 1 visitor, no time limit -
Where the visit is for supporting end of life care - Max 2 visitors.
Outpatients Building
Anyone presenting to the Outpatients Building will be required to sign in upon arrival and will be provided with a mask.
Due to the size of our consulting rooms, to maintain social distancing we prefer that you only bring one support person to your appointments as we cannot guarantee that there will be a room available to accommodate any additional support persons.
