How to book a COVID-19 Test at KDH

To book a COVID-19 test please follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Pre Register

• Visit Department of Health Registration website

• Pre register your details

• Your Unique Registration Number will be sent to you via text (this process does not generate an appointment)

Step 2 - Book your test

• Call the clinic on 5734 2024 to book your test for that day

• Provide Unique Registration Number to book your appointment

You can pre-register anytime before you require a test. Pre registration is valid for 90 days.
