When you enter any of the buildings here at KDH you will see we are now operating a two-step check in process.
Step 1 is to complete the Service Victoria QR Code. This is to assist the Department of Health with contact tracing in the event of an outbreak. This is the QR code used at every business/workplace in Victoria.
Step 2 is to complete the Attestation Screening QR code. This is to ensure it is safe for you to enter our Health Service.
It is essential that all staff, patients and visitors complete both QR codes on entry into KDH as they help us stop the spread of COVID-19 and are legal requirements across all Health Services in Victoria.
If you don't have a mobile phone that can support you to check in we have a paper register that our screening staff can assist you to complete.
